We had an amazing stay! The apartment was beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located, right on the corner of the main square in Argostoli. It couldn’t have been more convenient, with all the best restaurants just steps away and the dock area within a short walk. Free parking by the dock made having a car super easy too. The apartment had everything we needed, including towels and a fantastic balcony that was perfect for late night drinks and relaxing. Our hosts were incredibly helpful with local recommendations and made check-in smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this place!

We chose the accommodation for our summer vacation. We chose the perantzada room. The space is particularly beautiful, welcoming and large. The accommodation is located on the main street of Lithostrotos, in the center. It is located next to the square and has many shops around it, such as bars and restaurants. Our welcome at the accommodation was excellent and we had an excellent experience at this accommodation. The quality-price ratio was satisfactory, given that we went at the beginning of July.

Exactly as pictured, beautifully designed and modern and clean. Location is great and walking distance to many attractions and great restaurants. Sandra was an excellent host and helped us with many local recommendations. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here again.

Beautiful apartment, right in the centre of Argostoli. Shops and restaurants on door step. The apartment was a good size, comfortable bed, and furniture all seemed brand new. Nice big walkin shower. Water and a bottle of wine in the fridge on arrival was a lovely touch. Small balcony area but enough to sit out in the morning and evening. Free parking only a few minutes walk away. I didn't meet the host however i was contact and advised of parking locations, codes to access the building and apartment, wifi details. Lovely 4 night stay in argostoli and perfect base to explore other parts of the beautiful island. Thank you 😊

Villa davvero perfetta per un gruppo di amici/coppie. Si trova praticamente a mare, centrale, vicino all aeroporto. Gli spazi esterni sono grandi e ottimi per giornate in piscina e barbecue in compagnia Credo che a Kefalonia non si trovino soluzioni migliori di queste

The location was very good. We were worried the proximity to the airport would be disruptive and that was not the case at all with fewer than 10 flights a day. It was FAR louder at the south end of the airport (we had dinner on that side a few times). Argostolion was 20 minutes away - never felt like a chore to drive into town (Lassi is even closer). A small beach was just a few steps away, and the pool was a good size with warm water. The house itself was large, with a enough kitchen supplies. The outdoor dining area was fully covered, which was great. The host was quick to respond to queries. We received new towels and a light cleaning of the home happened after the first few days.

We spent three amazing nights in this wonderful place. The view was breathtaking — we had breakfast and aperitivos in front of nature and the sea. The private beach and the service are just perfect. So peaceful, with only the sound of the waves. And in 10 minutes by car you’re in Lixouri. Big thanks to Nikolas for the welcome and for being so kind with all our requests!

I booked this beautiful apartment for my husband’s birthday for one night , when we arrived its was so amazing , more than we expected so we booked it for a further 2 nights . Great location and the apartment was just beautiful, attention to detail was just everything. Would highly recommend and will definitely return .

We had a really good stay at this villa. It was even more beautiful than the pictures. The view and pool area is magestic! House was very big and clean. Staff was very helpful and kind. 10/10 experiance ans will definatly return again!

The villa is beautiful, exactly as described in the photographs. The layout is great, the furnishings are lovely, the outside space is fabulous and the garden planting is stunning. Kitchen has the basics needed if you’re dining in, but beware that it doesn’t have any store cupboard ingredients for cooking. Both the owner and the villa manager were very responsive. The villa is less than ten minutes from the airport, something we had reservations about, but we weren’t bothered by the planes or noise and it’s a bonus having such a quick transfer time. We were also adopted by the dog and we took good care of him, but he’s no trouble if you’re not a dog person. Just a small niggle - there’s no folder in the villa with local information or a map - you’ll be given a basic list of restaurants/beaches etc by text but it’s not very clear or helpful. A visitors book would also be useful so that previous guests can pass on their recommendations. All in all, a wonderful stay and 100% recommend.
